The Weego ORIGINAL is easy to machine wash at low temperature. Wash separately with a gentle, bleach-free detergent and low spin cycle after closing all Velcro and buckles. It can be tumble dried at low temperature. The bibs can be machine washed and dried at high temperature.

You can start using the Weego ORIGINAL Baby Carrier from day one, as long as your baby weighs at least 6 lbs (2,700 g).
If your baby weighs less, consider using the Weego PREEMIE Baby Carrier, which is suitable for babies starting at 4 lbs (1,800 g).
There is no strict age limit. You can carry your baby as long as your baby is happy in the Weego and not too heavy for you.
Usually this is up to 24 months in the Weego ORIGINAL. It is tested up to a weight of 25 lbs (12 kg).

During the first few weeks, the "Face-in" position is ideal for sleeping and snuggling. In this position, your baby rests against your chest, close to your heartbeat, and can look up into your face. You can also try carrying your baby on your back in the "backpack position," which allows them to observe whatever you’re doing while keeping your hands free.
The "Face-out" or "exploring" position is suitable once your baby can hold their head unassisted and is at least 5 months old. This position is perfect for taking your baby on exciting adventures to explore the world — whether it’s a trip to the zoo or a hike in the woods.

Just proceed as follows:
1. Open the comfort strap. Slightly loosen both shoulder straps;
2. Take the arm on the side you want to nurse out of the shoulder strap and fold it over towards you;
3. Lower your baby in the Weego on the now "strapless" side so that your baby is in the right position for nursing;
Nursing in this position the Weego takes some weight off your arm, which is particularly helpful when you do not have a nursing pillow handy. Like this you can nurse conveniently wherever you go.
If you like to breastfeed discreetly, just open the outer pouch and pull it over babies head.
