Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that the item is unused, unwashed, and in new condition, with all original packaging included.
For hygiene reasons, items that have been worn, washed, or used beyond briefly trying on cannot be accepted for return.
To initiate a return, please contact us first. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or an error occurred in fulfilling the order.
We recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund to the original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after receipt. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take up to 30 days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Shipping Fees
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Duties & Taxes (Canada only)
For shipments to Canada, customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable. If applicable, you may be able to reclaim these directly from your local customs authority.
