Your online order is safely packed and processed for shipment as quickly as possible. Our order processing time is 1-2 days. This excludes Saturday or Sunday and certain Holidays.
In general, our deliveries reach the destination within 5 - 10 working days/express 2-3 working days. If not, please contact our customer service.
We offer free Shipping for baby carriers worldwide!
Express Delivery via FedEx is available for only US$ 14.95.
Please note that when shipped to countries outside the EU, some countries may charge customs duties or import taxes which Weego is not responsible for. Please contact us with any questions.
Returns/Right of withdrawal:
Complete customer satisfaction is our foremost goal. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to let us know.
You may return your purchases within 30 days of receipt of your order provided they are in new unused condition. Customs, duties, and sales taxes are not refundable through Weego. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
Returns are processed upon receipt of the products and you can expect a full refund 5 to 10 days of our receiving your return. It may take up to 30 days to be visible on your credit card statement.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the product is defective or an error has occurred when filling the order. Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Weego GmbH is not responsible for packages that are damaged during return shipment and if receipt by our receiving department cannot be verified.
